I agree with your opening – the price point of the just 4080 didn’t make any sense. Generally I’m a sweet spot kinda guy, but this gen I thought I’d treat myself, and the 4080 wasn’t even on my radar. Just went straight for the 4090 as it was ‘only’ £400 more.

I’d love to know the sales figures – I wonder if the 4090 outsold the 4080?
