At 1.45V This Is Definitely Not An AMD EXPO Kit

Intel owners are enjoying a huge frequency advantage over AMD users, as the Z690 boards are capable of supporting DIMMs with a frequency and voltage higher than the competition.  The timings may be a little looser but the high frequencies found in kits like the Patriot Viper Venom DDR5-7200 CL34 overcome that minor disadvantage.   TechPowerUp have had the pleasure of testing a number of these kits, so you can see the performance difference between a variety of DDR5-7200 kits.

In most games you aren’t going to see a huge performance difference, though there are a few where the performance improvement is beyond the margin of error in testing.  If you are looking to overclock then beware, you can hit DDR5-8000 but it wants 1.55 V to run stably.  If you can stand a mere DDR5-7600 however, 1.45 V is enough to keep your system running without glitches, and it does add a bit more performance.
