Unfortunately, there is one big mistake. When comparing coolers, you should limit the core voltage and/or the power consumption.
As you can see on your screenshots, the core voltage, the power consumption and the clock frequency differ from the Iceman to the EKWB. It is therefore impossible to say exactly which cooler performs better or is cooler. The EKWB with 6.0 GHz or the Iceman with 5.9 GHz? To be able to really compare these two coolers, the values must be fixed.
However, the Iceman is a really good cooler at a good price.
